20TH Century Oak Sideboard

This petite oak sideboard is a beauty, made in the early part of the 20th century its a great piece of furniture.
Not too large, it measures 35 1/2 inches wide by 16 1/2 inches deep and stands just under 29 inches high, just right for the smaller room.
The oak sideboard is very ornate, its barley twist legs, stylised carvings in relief and brass tear drop handles are a nice touch making the oak sideboard a nice decorative feature in any home.
For me, its the top of the sideboard that makes this piece of 20th century furniture such a wonderful thing, very tactile, just look at the oak grain how can you resist.

Don't forget to check back here, next time I will be posting some great photos of some wonderful antique mahagony chairs we upholstered, ideal for the dining room.
